On 20 October 9:00-17:00, the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry (KSLA), in collaboration with the Bertebos Foundation, will host a full-day symposium on advances in science and innovation that can help meet global food demand through the development of resilient crops. The event will take place in Stockholm and can also be followed online via Zoom.
The keynote seminar, "Wheat and related crops: Closing the yield gap – Bridging science, breeding, and societal impact", will be delivered by this year's Bertebos Prize laureate, Professor Curtis Pozniak of the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
