International opportunities
As an employee at LTH, there are many opportunities to gain international experience, primarily through Erasmus+ collaborations which make funding for the exchange possible. This applies to teaching staff and doctoral students as well as technical and administrative staff.
Develop your skills in Europe
You could, for example, job shadow colleagues at other European universities or take part in language courses. As a member of teaching staff, you can teach at a partner university and share your knowledge. Both teaching staff members and administrative staff can apply for a grant for travel and accommodation through Erasmus+.
The exchange must be relevant to you and clearly linked to your duties at LTH.
Remember that in most cases there must be an agreement between the university you wish to visit and LTH so that the other university can host you and so that you can apply for the Erasmus+ grant.

Things to bear in mind about Erasmus+
At LTH, all Erasmus+ agreements for students, teaching staff and doctoral students are signed by the International Office.
Before applying for the Erasmus+ grant you must contact sophia [dot] nilsson_dequidt [at] lth [dot] lu [dot] se (sophia[dot]nilsson_dequidt[at]lth[dot]lu[dot]se) to ensure that a valid Erasmus+ agreement exists between LTH and the host university.

EUGLOH (“European Alliance for Global Health”)
Lund University is one of nine European Universities in the EUGLOH alliance. This engagement is a way of strengthening the University’s development and quality assurance work. EUGLOH involves all groups within Lund University: students, doctoral students, teaching staff, researchers, technical and administrative staff and management.
