In short, this means that you only put your name on the list of authors for publications to which you have made a substantial contribution and approved and endorse the final version. Read more in LU:s Ethics Council report in Swedish:
Use the format Unit, Institution, Organization, City, Country. If you are unsure of the name format, you can consult the organization tree in the Research Portal, either in Swedish or English:

ORCID is a unique researcher ID that ensures that you are not confused with other researchers with the same or similar names:

Everything you publish as an LU researcher must be registered. This makes your research findable in, for example, Google Scholar, and the information is used in internal and national evaluations. Please note that publications that are not included in the Scopus database must be registered manually.
