AMBER’s postdoctoral call within biological imaging 

The EU-funded research project AMBER (Advanced Multiscale Biological imaging using European Research infrastructures) is announcing four positions in its final postdoctoral call. Each position is funded for 36 months. 

Researchers holding a PhD in the areas of physics, chemistry, medical sciences, biological sciences, or other relevant areas are welcome to apply. AMBER is coordinated by LINXS Institute of advanced Neutron and X-ray Science.

STINT Teaching Sabbatical 2026

The Swedish Society of Engineers in Great Britain (SIS) is offering a scholarship

The Swedish Society of Engineers in Great Britain (SIS) is offering a scholarship to a young, motivated and talented Swedish postgraduate who is planning to, or is already studying in the UK at PhD or Master's level.

All fields of engineering will be considered, including chemical, electrical, mechanical, and environmental. The amount to be awarded is £7,500.

Familjen Knut & Ragnvi Jacobssons stiftelse is now accepting applications for personal scholarships of SEK 100,000–600,000, across two categories:

  • Researchers at Swedish universities with an entrepreneurial mindset and projects with the potential to address important societal challenges. 
  • Entrepreneurs with a Swedish-registered company and at least one filed annual report. The scholarship is personal and intended for education that strengthens you and your venture — for example, in leadership.
