Templates for communication
Here you will find LTH templates for PowerPoint, Word, e-mail signatures and film. You will also find LTH background images for Zoom and Teams, as well as LTH’s logotype for web and print.
Download a new word template every time you start a new document. Use the templates available in the toolbar, and do not change the size or font of the text. For regular body text, use the "normal" format, and we use headings in order (levels 1-4) to describe different sections of the document.

When creating a presentation, you can use LTH's PowerPoint templates, which use the standard 16:9 format. The templates contain various examples of pages that you can use as a starting point, as well as a handful of pages to support you when presenting LTH and Lund University to an external audience, for example.

PowerPoint – video tutorial
Clyde Lange, graphic designer and communicator at Media-Tryck at Lund University, gives a workshop on how LTH’s PowerPoint templates can and should be used. The video is subtitled only in Swedish, as the workshop concerns the Swedish version of PowerPoint, with menus and buttons in Swedish.
When using Zoom or Teams, you can choose an existing background image from the applications or add your own image. Here you can choose between different photos with LTH motifs, as well as a plain background with the LTH logo in Swedish or English:

As with any other form of communication, it is important that the sender of an email comes across as clear and trustworthy. An email signature also provides the recipient with a brief introduction about the sender’s role and contact details.
Here you can download the email signature and also the logo, if you want to include it in your signature. The instructions show how to get everything in place in Outlook.

Here you will find LaTeX templates created by users at LTH. These templates are largely compliant with LU and LTH profiles and are partially adapted for accessibility. However, LTH cannot guarantee that they fully meet all requirements and cannot offer LaTeX support.
You will also find a brief guide on how to improve the accessibility of your own templates and PDF files.
Currently, two templates are available: one for letters (equivalent to Word) and one for presentations (”beamer”, equivalent to PowerPoint). Additional templates may be added in the future.
