Languages and language services
It is essential that we at LTH follow language rules for our credibility. Get professional assistance when needed to ensure that both the Swedish and the English are clear and correct. The quality of LTH's communication should always reflect the quality of our organisation.
Parallel language - Swedish plus British English
At Lund University, Swedish is the official language, according to Swedish legislation. At the same time, the university has a language policy that states that the university is a parallel language, which means that Swedish and English are used side by side in many contexts. British English is the norm for official texts in English.
