Between 21 May and 10 June, an election was held to appoint a new Dean and Deputy Dean for LTH.
The staff at LTH have followed the nominations put forward by the Nomination Committee and elected Margaret McNamee, Professor at the Department of Building and Environmental Technology and current Deputy Dean of LTH, as Dean for the period 2027–2029.
Ulf Ellervik, Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Head of Division at the Centre for Analysis and Synthesis (CAS), was elected Deputy Dean.
The election result will now be submitted to Erik Renström, Vice-Chancellor of Lund University, who will make the formal decision regarding the appointments of LTH’s Dean and Deputy Dean.
